Serrano Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce
I love this hot sauce on grilled veggies, breakfast burritos, and steak. This is our most popular hot sauce, and the first one I reach for in the kitchen. Serrano and poblano peppers are blackened, mixed with tons of nutty roasted garlic, and fermented to deepen all those smokey flavors. We finish the fermenting peppers with a touch of our in-house apple cider vinegar, silver mezcal, and local wildflower honey.
