FAQs
Unopened, our sauces will last up to a year in your pantry. We recommend storing them away from sunlight and heat to best preserve their flavor and color. Once opened, we recommend storing them in the fridge, where they should be good for at least a year.
Short answer: years. Long answer: Our vinegar is an unpasteurized, living product. While it will never go bad or be unsafe to consume, it will continue to evolve in the bottle. This may include color changes, increased sediment/mother, and evaporation. We recommend keeping the bottle fully capped when not in use to minimize this.
Our sauces are shelf stable and can be stored in your pantry until opened. They should be moved to the fridge once opened. Our vinegar can be stored at room temperature indefinitely. If you would prefer to minimize mother growth, pop it in the fridge.
Three of our hot sauces contain local honey – Serrano Roasted Garlic, Cherry Bomb, and Smokey Coffee Mole. With that exception, all of our other products are vegan. They are also free of gluten and other major allergens including tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame.
While we don’t share equipment, our products are made in a shared facility that also processes sesame, soy, and peanuts.
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. We typically ship on Tuesday and Thursdays.
