Shipping policy
- When will my order ship? We aim to ship orders with 4 business days. Please note we are a small team (no third-party warehouse over here 💪) and sometimes get backed up, especially around holidays. During cold weather, we may also hold orders with vinegar to ensure they get to you safely. If you need your order by a specific date, please email and we'll do our best!
- How are orders shipped? Depending on size and destination, we ship either via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. We ship from Seattle, WA. Delivery estimates are based on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Can I pickup my order? Yes! Select local pickup at checkout and we will contact you with directions. We are located in the Georgetown neighborhood. Please allow at least 3 business days for order prep.
- Something arrived broken! I'm so sorry, I know it sucks. Please email us and we will get it taken care of.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for order issues caused by incorrect addresses. If your package is returned, we will arrange a reshipment or refund, but you are responsible for additional shipping costs.
