A sauce made in collaboration with the Lobbing Scorchers podcast to celebrate the Seattle summer of soccer. Ghost peppers and bhutlah bring serious heat, balanced with deeply roasted Walla Walla onions, poblano and ancho peppers, and a generous amount of black garlic. We round it out with shiitake mushrooms for umami depth and a touch of blackberry for brightness. Perfect for backyard cookouts, stadium scran, and yelling at your TV.
