I always get asked why we would put pumpkin in a hot sauce, and when you try it, you’ll get it! I love using this sauce on stir fried veggies, over seafood, or in chili. Fermented pumpkin and habanero, along with ginger, garlic, and onion, are blended into a tangy bright sauce. The pumpkin adds an earthy sweetness with no extra sugar.
