Living, unpasteurized vinegar made through traditional slow fermentation. 5% acidity.

BASE: Organic green garlic from Broomstick Farms
TASTE: Funky and earthy with roasted garlic notes
PAIRINGS: Great for adding complexity to a braise or marinade, as a finishing vinegar on soup, making garlicky pickles, or splashing into a Bloody Mary
