Beautiful baby ginger and herby lemongrass grown by Orange Star Farm in Monroe WA, fermented and aged for about 6 months. Spicy, bright, effervescent. 

Try it with: Quick pickles, splashed into cocktails, with warm water in the morning, as part of a marinade for tofu or chicken, sprinkled on rice

4.5% acidity, raw and unpasteurized
