Daikon Chile Hot Sauce
Our spring seasonal hot sauce!
Loosely inspired by radish kimchi, we blended purple daikon from Steel Wheel Farm (Fall City, WA) with Korean hot peppers, ginger, garlic, scallions, Collins Orchards pears (Selah, WA), and organic chickpea miso from Yoka Miso! Good with in a Bloody Mary, over a rice bowl, or with green veggies. Medium heat.
