Tomatoes and a mix of sweet and superhot peppers (grown by Southern Exposure Farm in Skagit Valley) are fermented and blended together for a savory sauce with a bright heat. Locally foraged mushrooms and kelp add to the umami. We up the Bloody flavor with triple celery: fresh celery is fermented with the sauce and we finish with celery seed and our own Celery Vinegar. Perfect on eggs, tacos, and in your favorite drinks.
