Apricots from Collins Family Orchard and organic dates bring natural sweetness and richness, balanced against the serious heat of habaneros from Alvarez Farms. We round it out with Aleppo pepper, cumin, turmeric, and coriander for a warm, earthy spice blend that makes this taste like nothing else in our lineup. 

Great on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or stirred into a marinade.
