Our regular Blackberry Balsamic, allowed to age for another 12 months. During this time, the vinegar concentrate its flavor, creating a powerhouse of flavor and brightness. Tasting our balsamics back-to-back, this special version is smoother, with more juicy berry flavor bursting through. 

Living, unpasteurized vinegar made through traditional slow fermentation. 5% acidity.

BASE: Blackberries from Washington and Oregon.
