Zingy, bright, and deliciously herby! a blend of locally grown green herbs: mint and green garlic from Tualco Farms, cilantro, chives, and scallions, along with grassy serrano peppers. Fermented for 30 days for a real melding of flavors.

Serrano Mint is a seasonal sauce, made once a year and usually available in June. It works on an amazing number of foods - seared fish, mussels, cucumber salads, lamb chops, to name a few. It's also the secret ingredient in our Serrano Mint Peach Galette: ricotta, peaches, and a quarter cup of this sauce make one of our favorite summer desserts.

Medium heat. Vegetarian and gluten free.
