Our spring seasonal hot sauce
Inspired by the flavors of radish kimchi and the arrival of spring in the PNW. This year's batch features bright purple daikon from Westwind Organics in the Snoqualmie Valley, chickpea miso from Yoka Miso, Fresno peppers from Alvarez Farms, and a touch of pear from Collins Family Orchard. Rounded out with garlic, ginger, green onion, and tons of Korean chile flakes.
Funky, bright, and savory! One batch a year, gone when it's gone. I love it with rice and a runny fried egg, tossed with roasted asparagus, or in a Bloody Mary. Perfect for spring brunches and farmers market dinners.
