Bloody Mary Hot Sauce

Tomatoes and a mix of sweet and superhot peppers, grown by Southern Exposure Farm in Skagit Valley, are fermented and blended together for a savory sauce with a bright heat. Locally foraged mushrooms and kelp add serious umami. We up the Bloody flavor with triple celery: fresh celery is fermented right into the sauce, and we finish it with celery seed and our own Celery Vinegar.

This makes a great Bloody Mary mixer, but it is also great on eggs and tacos.

Very hot. Vegetarian and gluten free.
