Witbier Malt Vinegar
After the delicious success of our Stout Vinegar, we used another Flying Lion favorite to create a wheat beer malt vinegar. Bright and tart, with strong notes of orange and warm citrus.
(Why beer vinegar and not malt? Traditional malt vinegar is made from beer that hasn’t been hopped. We use finished beer to give our vinegar a more rounded, complex flavor).

PAIRINGS + USES: Roasted veggies, salad dressings, amazing in seltzer for a refreshing drink.
