Our late fall/winter seasonal.
Loosely inspired by Bajan mustard-based hot sauces and the pickled mustard greens found across different Asian cuisines. Made with spicy Faithbeyond Farms mustard greens grown in Kent, and a variety of yellow peppers from Hayshaker Farms - habanero, golden cayenne, banana. Fermented with garlic and lots of ground mustard, cumin, and turmeric for 30 days, then finished with white wine vinegar.
More hot sauce than mustard, but we think you'll love it if you're a fan of grainy, sharp mustards. We love it on sandwiches, wings, and stir-fried greens.
This sauce has a limited batch size and is only available once a year.

Ingredients: mustard greens, habanero peppers, golden cayenne peppers, banana peppers, garlic, mustard, cumin, turmeric, white wine vinegar, salt
