This lacto-fermented beauty starts with lush organic cucumbers from Spring Time Farm, joined by mild green jalapeño and poblano peppers from Boldly Grown Farm. Then we bring the heat with a fiery wallop of tiny bird's eye chilies. Lemongrass and lime zest add fragrant citrus, and herbaceous Thai basil rounds the whole thing out.

This is our summer seasonal, generally available July through September: the sauce that tastes like the peak of the growing season bottled up. Bright, herbaceous, and just spicy enough to keep things interesting.

Medium heat. Vegetarian and gluten free.
