Funky, herbal, and just a bit sweet. We start with organic celery, grown by small farmers in Washington. Through a traditional two-step fermentation process, we first create celery wine, which leads to a beautifully tart Celery vinegar.
Use this to add an herbaceous flavor boost to whatever you're making - I love it to finish creamy vegetable soups. It also is amazing in cocktails and mocktails, providing a sour and savory base.
This vinegar is raw and unpasteurized. Sediment and vinegar mother growth are normal!
