One of our sweetest vinegars, brewed from Black Amber plums (grown by Collins Family Orchard in Selah WA), and red shiso (grown by Bumblebee Farms near Fall City). Shiso is an herb in the mint family, used widely in East Asian cuisine, and has an intense aromatic . It provides a nice herbal balance to the rich acidity of the plums. Use this for salad dressing, cocktails, or making sweet pickles (radish is especially lovely).
