Limited edition, experimental batch!

A mild, sweet and tangy sauce with a juicy pop from Black Amber plums (grown by Collins Family Orchard in Selah WA) and heat from fresno peppers (courtesy of Broomstick Farm in Bow WA). A touch of sesame oil adds richness, and green Sichuan peppercorns finish the sauce with a spicy tingle. Try with stir fried noodles or drizzled on cucumbers.
